Taking a good broad spectrum digestive enzyme like Supergest may be all you need to do to alleviate your discomfort. We have tried many digestive enzyme products that are on the market, and find that Supergest is the best.

Supergest provides a wide spectrum of vegetarian enzymes to help maintain the digestive system, aiding the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, as well as milk and cellulose. It does not contain betaine hydrochloride.

Supergest also contains the herbs Fenugreek, Ginger and Fennel, all well known for their digestive supporting properties. Ginger and Fennel act as digestive aids throughout the digestive tract, while Fenugreek is a digestive tonic, soothing to the mucous membranes.

Dosage instructions

Take 1-3 capsules a day, one with each meal. If taking one capsule per day, take with main meal. Children over 8 years of age may take one capsule per day.

Contraindications

Supergest is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
